Registration/Payment Deadline: Fri. July 31st
*Note: Failure to pay by this date results in $100 late fee. Your spot will not be guaranteed until payment has been received.*

Cancellation deadline (with refund): Wed. August 19th

Display materials must be delivered to Cherry Convention Services by Wednesday September 9th, otherwise you will incur a late fee

There are two methods of payment: Check and Credit Card.

Exhibits:

The exhibits will be limited in size to 8' long x 3' deep x 12' high. One table per booth will be provided and furnished with two chairs and one tablecloth. Electrical outlets will NOT be provided. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Shipping Information:

All display materials must be delivered to Cherry Convention Services by Wednesday September 9th, otherwise you will incur a late fee.

Packages and displays are to be sent to:

Please remember to download, print out, and attach the Display Destination Tag to all of your packages. This is imperative to having your exhibit delivered on time and to the proper location.

All packages will be located at your booth upon arrival. If your packages do not arrive to Cherry Convention Services by Friday, September 9th, they will not be delivered to the CRC until 1:30 pm on Monday, September 14th.

Reminder: You are not permitted to attach anything to the walls of the CRC! If you do, there will be a fine imposed by Building Services. We apologize for any inconvenience, but please just be prepared with all self-standing displays so this doesn't have to happen. Thank you for your cooperation.

Parking:

Parking will be provided around the CRC. Each company will be provided 1 complimentary parking pass per booth at the "Package Drop-Off and Parking Pass Pick-Up" located at the Recruiter Gate (Gate 3). Each additional car will be required to park in the Georgia Tech Hotel & Conference Center Parking Deck. However, EACH car MUST go through the parking pass pick up station in order to be directed to the appropriate parking lot. It is a fee of $10/per day to park at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center Parking Deck which the Career Fair will NOT validate.

Student Newspaper:

Each year we provide Georgia Tech students and recent alumni with the Georgia Tech Career Fair Student Newspaper. The newspaper contains listing of all companies attending each day and also listed by each major. The newspaper also includes important information such as updates regarding booth locations and companies attending the career fair. It is important that you keep your information up-to-date as soon as possible so that we may provide the most accurate information to students. This includes your companies website, description, and majors you will be hiring for both Undergraduate and Graduate students. It is also important to make sure that information regarding hiring Interns, Coops, and International students is up-to-date since many students will rely on this information in seeking out companies they wish to visit.

Lodging:

We encourage all recruiters to stay at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center for a discounted rate. When making reservations, be sure to say you're with the Georgia Tech Career Fair to get the discounted rate, as long as rooms are available. Continuous shuttles will run from the Hotel to the CRC during each day of the Career Fair.

Be sure to say you are with the Georgia Tech Career Fair block when you call.

Reception:

The GT Career Fair reception will be held on Monday, September 14th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center in the Grand Ballroom. Food, drink, and music entertainment will be provided for you to relax and meet with students as well as faculty and staff from the Georgia Tech community.
