What is your company dress code?
We wear company furnished uniforms.

We require all of our associates to be flexible to travel domestically as well as internationally.

Interested applicants should expect to have a telephone or campus interview and at least one plant visit prior to joining HMA.
What is the availability if tuition reimbursement?
HMA provides tuition reimbursement to associates after six months of full-time employment.
What are the normal working hours?
Our normal work hours are from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Central Standard Time. These hours may vary depending on the associates assignment.
What is the vacation time policy?
We provide 4 days paid time-off during each summer plant shut-down and 6 days paid time-off accrued over the associates length of service.
