Ga Tech grads are not only bright, but they are articulate, flexible and have "real world" experiences/applications. We have found Tech grads to be able to assimilate into Cisco's culture well; based on the teamwork, leadership and communication skills they have acquired through their time at Tech.
Cisco has embraced a philosophy that thrives on change, new technology, teamwork, and partnerships within and beyond the organization. Cisco was founded on a culture based on the principles of open communication, empowerment, trust, integrity, and giving back to the community, and these same values thrive at Cisco today. We are a 20yr old company which moves at a fast pace, where the best ideas win, and where we all share in the success of the company. There are lots of bright people, who are willing to help others. We also like to "give back" the communities in which we serve, and enjoy team activities.
